The holiday apartments Gamssteig and Adlerhorst are located in a semi-detached house in the center of the mountain village Planneralm, about 150 meters from the Plannereckbahn and 250 meters from the Planneralm ticket office. The apartments are practical and cozy, featuring large living kitchens. Directly in front of the house, there are opportunities for play in the private garden, both in winter and summer.

Our Holiday Apartment Gamssteig with its spacious kitchen-living room and three bedrooms is very popular for family and social gatherings. The apartment is practically furnished and offers enough space for cooking and shared activities for 10 people. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks and a shower.

The entrance of the apartment is designed as its own "ski room," where all your sports equipment can find space. You can dry your skis, snowboards, and snowshoes on designated heated boot dryers in the entrance area for the next ski day.

Our Holiday Apartment Adlerhorst located in the attic is characterized by the cozy kitchen-living room and the "rabbit hutch," a very popular sleeping area with a bunk bed for children. All three bedrooms are equipped with sinks. The shower is located in a separate bathroom.

The apartment also includes a ski room at the house entrance on the ground floor, where all your sports equipment can find space. You can dry your skis, snowboards, and snowshoes on designated heated boot dryers in the stairwell for the next ski day.

We live tourism and nature conservation in close connection

Planneralm is a high-altitude mountain village in a partially still untouched natural landscape. The natural structures that still exist here have provided strength, balance, and relaxation to our guests and to us for over a century. However, these are becoming rarer and need our protection.

We are personally committed to preserving this nature and have been honored with the “Swallow-friendly House” award from the Naturschutzbund Steiermark for protecting the house martin colony on the Planneralm.

Final cleaning: €60 to €80 (depending on room occupancy). Final cleaning for a dog: + €30

In case of severe dirt or damage, an additional charge or replacement cost will be applied.

Prices excluding statutory overnight stay tax (€2.50 per person per day from the age of 16) and excluding advertising cost contribution for the Planneralm 3000 platform (€0.80 per adult per day, €0.50 per child per day), bed linen, towels, and dish towels.

The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry and the parking regulations according to the sign at the entrance and the notice in the apartments apply. In case of booking cancellations, cancellation fees according to §5 AGBH will be charged.

Tip!

Planneralm is a mountain village, so please plan your arrival (1,000 meters in altitude from the valley to the village) preferably during daylight hours, especially in winter. Snow clearing cannot always keep the Planner road clear, especially during snowfall and drifts. Therefore, it is always recommended to carry snow chains, which may also be necessary for your departure.

Please observe the posted parking regulations on the property of the holiday house upon arrival.
